I know in my mind, I can really spin some stuff. I automatically go to the negative. I have been reading Bible Vod everyday now for about 2 weeks regularly. I still do my daily devotions from the Year of Miracles too. I try to read something spiritual or something that stimulates my mind. Those two things are helping stay on the positive side.
I finished this 5.5 by 8.5 card face.
