I have about 40 pages to fill in my Journal that I made a couple of days ago. I think I will use it as a meditation journal and filling it with Zen Tangle wrapped around a word or phrase. Zen Tangle is repeated patterns. I did one today and the only thing that I worry about in doing this is I had a lot of right arm pain and neck pain. I had to put my neck and elbow brace on. Might want to keep small at first. I may end up changing into something different if I can't do them without having a higher level of pain. Gesh, I am hoping maybe something else set the pain off.
